This policy explains what personal data RS Trainings ("we", "us") collects through www.rstrainings.com, why, and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
- Enquiry and demo forms: your name, email, phone number, the course you are interested in and any message you write.
- Student registration: the same details plus your country and state or city.
- Trainer applications: the same details plus the resume you choose to upload.
- Lead source: the page you submitted the form from and, if present, the campaign or referring site that brought you to us.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop form spam (see “How long we keep data”). Google Tag Manager and Google Ads may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited and device type.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, share course details and arrange a free demo.
- To register you for a course and manage your training.
- To review trainer applications.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
We use your data only with your consent, which you give by submitting a form. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are emailed to our team through our web hosting provider’s mail service. Usage data is processed by Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) under Google’s own privacy terms. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep data
Enquiry and registration details are kept for as long as needed to respond and deliver training, and then deleted when no longer required. Trainer resumes are kept while we review the application. For spam protection, your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, with submission times older than one hour discarded.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@rstrainings.com. You can also raise a grievance with us at the same address, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, but we will not be able to measure which pages help visitors.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date at the top.
